By now i'm sure everyone has heard about Ego Leonard - the 8 foot tall lego man who magically washed up onto a Dutch beach a few days ago. Whoever is behind this is a certified genius because they still have an entire tour bus full of people (meaning us) trying to figure this out.
A woman nearby is quoted as saying: “I saw the Lego toy floating towards the beach from the direction of England.”
this, of course, is a ridiculous statement. The giant lego man obviously floated from Legoland.
i first heard this miracle of a news story at 5am while on the set of the CW11 morning news during that sleep deprived / wide-awake state of mind (when i like to replace the vowel in my name and be referred to as "Grog.") I was on the set in new york city to perform; before promptly going back to sleep, only to dream up nightmares of Ego Leonard... enjoy
